This knowledge hub should provide candidates with a good understanding our company culture, expectations, and application steps. Your input will directly impact the experience of future candidates, helping us create a more informative and engaging journey for them.

What we’re proud of

• The cNPS is constantly improving for 3 quarters in a row: cNPS is 28 in Q4 (vs 24 in Q3, 21 in Q2 and 6 in Q1)

• All questions have an average score that has improved vs the previous quarter.

What we can improve

• One of the areas with the slowest growth trend quarter over quarter is the “Convexity understanding”.

  • It's now mandatory for the hiring coaches to explain Convexity in the Discovery meeting.

  • In the future, we will include examples of Convexity IRL in this candidate space.
