2024 Vision

Infra / Devops

  • Build & manage the infrastructure (cloud, Azure, server, monitoring)

  • Make it scale in line with the usage and new product requirements (support more users, more features, more geographies)

  • 1 Head of Devops

  • 1 Head of Devops Deputy

  • 4 Devops Engineers

  • Modernize the stack with Kubernetes (60% completed at the beginning of 2024)

  • Open a new data center in the US

  • Open new environments and industrialize how we manage environments and services

Architecture

  • Own the global organization of logical and data components from our SAAS

  • Act as enablers for product squads to help them implement changes in the product

  • 1 Lead Software Architect

  • 4 Software Architects

  • Design and integrate new services like AI, M&A (Skills), SCORM reader (Rustici)…

  • Decentralize to the product squads the management of the availability of their features & components in production

Security

  • Own the availability, integrity, confidentiality, and traceability of all information

  • Integrate security into engineering practices

  • Manage all revenue and legal security issues

  • 1 Head of Security

  • 1 Security Engineer

  • Improve detection, responsiveness of security incident

  • Improve external security posture by getting SOC 2 certified

  • Improve vulnerability management in all teams

Product Squads

(Software Engineers)

  • Create features with high business impact

  • Increase product usage and keep it simple

  • With Product Managers & Designers, design features, prototype them, test them with customers

  • 60+ Software Engineers

  • 12 Product Squads

  • 4-6 Software Engineers per squad

  • 1 Lead Software Engineer per squad

  • Deliver impactful features for the main objectives of the Product team in 2024: AI, Skills & the Enterprise market

  • Improve the scalability of current and future features

  • Make sure all features shipped match the quality standards of 360

Data

  • Drive company decisions with data

  • Solve for internal challenges

  • Industrialize the data pipeline (open one for the US, consolidate the security, GDPR…)

  • Decentralize access to data: provide every team with the data & tools they need, train some 360Learners as “data champions”
