Salesforce Operations	Increase the efficiency and productivity of Salesforce for the team
Sales Operations	Ensure 360Learning's efficient growth & healthy business Boost the commercial performance (hit ratio, deal size, deal size) Design and execute strategic growth, transformation, and value-creation initiatives across multiple teams
Customer Success Operations	Boost the CS performance (client satisfaction, churn rate etc.) Build and improve a client activation methodology to drive product uptake & usage Analyzing key performance metrics to maximize impact
Marketing Operations	Drive marketing productivity and performance Enable the marketing team to succeed through systems, processes, insights, and operational support Increase the efficiency of global marketing campaigns
Customer Success Enablement	Provide the CS team with the information, training, content, and coaching they need to be more efficient and effective in engaging clients Main scopes to partner with: Client Success Partners, Solution Deployment Managers, Solution Experts, Learning Engagement Coaches, and Support Agents
Sales Enablement	Provide the sales organization with the information, training, content, and coaching they need to be more efficient and effective in engaging buyers along the buyer’s journey Main scopes to partner with: Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Account Managers and Sales Engineers
