🔔What we can improve
One of the areas with the slowest growth trend quarter over quarter is the “Convexity understanding”.
It's now mandatory for the hiring coaches to explain Convexity in the Discovery meeting.
In the future, we will include examples of Convexity IRL in this candidate space.
