360Learning is committed to its internal culture : Convexity.

With one of Convexity’s thirteen pillars dedicated to Transparency, it’s our responsibility to provide an interview experience that is as transparent as it is comprehensive and efficient.

What's 360Learning’s interview process and how do I get started?

It depends on the role you’ll apply to. Here are our 3 interviewing guides :

What do you look for in a candidate?

In the simplest terms: relevant experience, genuine interest in our product, and alignment with all aspects of our team culture, especially grit, a growth mindset, and ability to be a self-starter.

How does Convexity play out in my particular role on a day-to-day basis?

We answer this question throughout the process by meeting with different Learners and sharing our stories. In the meantime, it would be helpful to check out our blog posts on our approach to both onboarding and collaboration.

What are the working hours of your company, and where does everyone work from?

Hours are flexible; you are trusted to fulfill your work within a self-guided schedule, with respect to when you need to communicate externally and internally in a reasonable amount of time. We have been a remote-first company since 2018, with some working in-person or hybrid from our HQ in Paris, France or WeWork in downtown New York City. All 360Learners value and practice asynchronous work.

Do you offer benefits?

Yes we do (smile)

Each country has its own specificities though. More info here https://360learning.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/EXTERNALKB/pages/264601834/Benefits+360Learning

Is 360Learning an equal opportunity employer?

All employees should be treated (and treat others) with dignity and respect, within 360Learning’s environment. All individuals are entitled to equal employment opportunity. 360Learning does not discriminate against its employees or applicants based on  race, color, creed, gender, religion, marital status, registered domestic partner status, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition including genetic characteristics, sexual orientation, or any other consideration made unlawful by International, state, or local laws. Equal employment opportunity will be extended to all persons in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship including recruiting, hiring, training, promotion, benefits, compensation, discipline and termination.

What is the company dress code?

There is no companywide requirement of a dress code. Most of our colleagues, based on their occupation prefer casual or smart casual, while colleagues in a more representative role such as sales reps or members of the administration abide with smart casual to formal attire.

What should I focus on when applying for a role at 360Learning ?

Focus on your strengths.

Show us something you've built. Builders look at the world with fresh eyes. They see things that are good, but could be better, and figure out how to make it so. We look for candidates who’ve got that same building mind-set, whether they’re applying for executive roles or internships.

Share when you've failed and learned. Don’t hesitate to talk about the blunders you’ve made in the pursuit of big ideas–we want to hear about those as much as your wins.
