    What happens to my application after I apply?

    When you apply for an open role, your resume will be carefully screened by a Talent Acquisition team member. If there is a match, you will receive an email to begin our interview process. Following each step, updates will be shared by the recruiter via email within 2 business days.


    When can I apply again for the same role?

    You are of course free to apply whenever you want. However, if your application has been rejected for a role, we recommend applying again after 6 months.

    • Deep dive into your enthusiasm about 360Learning, your experience and record of results, your working style, and what motivates you

    • This is also a chance for you to ask deeper questions about the role, the product and our culture

    Case Study and Live Presentation/Debrief

    • You will receive an exercise that dives into the role’s direct responsibilities

    • Following your preparation, there may be a live presentation and/or debrief with the hiring coach and another teammate to discuss and share feedback
