What's 360Learning’s interview process and how do I get started? (blue star)

It depends on the role you’ll apply for. Take a look at are our 3 interviewing guides (smile)

What do you look for in a candidate? (blue star)

In the simplest terms: relevant experience, genuine interest in our product, and alignment with all aspects of our team culture, especially grit, a growth mindset, and ability to be a self-starter.

What should I focus on when applying for a role at 360Learning ? (blue star)

Focus on your strengths.

Show us something you've built. Builders look at the world with fresh eyes. They see things that are good, but could be better, and figure out how to make it so. We look for candidates who’ve got that same building mind-set, whether they’re applying for executive roles or internships.

Share when you've failed and learned. Don’t hesitate to talk about the blunders you’ve made in the pursuit of big ideas–we want to hear about those as much as your wins.
