• Product works with Sales, Customer Success, prospects and customers and create a product roadmap that will be delivered by the product squad.

Product Design 🖌️

• Drive the iterative design process, from concept to final mockups, incorporating research and data to build the best user experience possible

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals, technical feasibility, and overall product strategy.

Product Operations ⚙️

• Optimize the intersection of Product, Marketing, R&D and Client-facing teams.

• Improve the performance of the product team and the product

• Improve existing processes or create new ones (client commitment process, in-app messaging strategy, custom-app process, release management process…)
