EMEA Interview Guide
At 360Learning, we are committed to our internal culture known as Convexity.
Given that one of Convexity’s thirteen pillars is Transparency, we aim to provide an interview experience that is clear and concise.
What happens to my application after I apply?
Once you apply for a role on a website, your application lands onto our database.
From there, your resume is carefully screened by a Talent Acquisition team member.
If there is a match, you receive an email to begin our process. If there is not a match at this time, you also receive an email to let you know about our decision.
In both cases, your TAM will get back to you via email within two business days. The same SLA will apply for each step of the interview process.
When can I apply again for the same role ?
You are of course free to apply whenever you want. However, if your application has been rejected for a role, we recommend applying again after 6 months.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront. To help prevent bias and injustice, all candidates complete each step of our process and are assessed based on a sample of their work.
What happens if I’m successful with the interviews ?
If you believe that 360 is the right next step for you, and we concur, your Talent Acquisition Manager will present an offer which will detail your compensation package (base salary, commission, and equity) along with benefits.
Our approach to compensation is detailed here. See the full list of benefits:
