Given that one of Convexity’s thirteen pillars is Transparency, we aim to provide an interview experience that is clear and concise.

How does Convexity play out in my particular role on a day-to-day basis? (blue star)

We answer this question throughout the process by meeting with different Learners and sharing our stories. In the meantime, it would be helpful to check out our blog posts on our approach to both onboarding and collaboration.

How will I maintain social interactions in a remote work environment? (blue star)

We strive to be an inclusive organization from all standpoints. Every learner is part of a team, and as such, they will not lack social interaction. More importantly, we encourage people to connect on different casual occasions, such as over coffee (what we call T.A.L.K), learner lounges or team events.

We also have in-person opportunities to create social bonding: company events, as well as local events or Revenue Kick Offs, coworking, etc.

We currently have six employee resource groups (ERGs) where you can find people with shared identities or life experiences.

Is the “Your Life Your Way" work principle really flexible? (blue star)

You’ll be totally free to choose where and when you work, as long as:

What are the working hours of your company, and where does everyone work from? (blue star)

Hours are flexible; you are trusted to fulfill your work within a self-guided schedule, with respect to when you need to communicate externally and internally in a reasonable amount of time. We have been a remote-first company since 2018, with some working in-person or hybrid from our HQ in Paris, France. All 360Learners value and practice asynchronous work. Employees can work from anywhere within FR, UK, DE, CA and the US.

What is the company dress code? (blue star) (blue star)

There is no companywide requirement of a dress code. Most of our colleagues, based on their occupation prefer casual or smart casual, while colleagues in a more representative role such as sales reps or members of the administration abide with smart casual to formal attire.
