Get to know Convexity
Our framework for exponential impact derives from a set of working principles we call Convexity. Convexity promotes autonomy around a well-defined scope, quantifiable objectives, replacing authority by responsibility and fostering a flexible way of working. Convexity is practiced in our day-to-day working life and forms the backbone of everything we do at 360Learning, from the way we communicate (asynchronous, if you’re curious!) to the way we form our review process.
Immerse yourself in Convexity and take a look at the reviews (positive and negative) that our employees have written on Glassdoor. Convexity is powerful, and we understand that it’s not for everyone, and that’s fine! It's important to ask yourself the question, would you thrive in an environment like this?
