About the Candidate Survey

We are surveying our candidates and collecting valuable feedback

At this point, you would have finished your interviews. Whatever the outcome is, we value your unique perspective and we’re keen on hearing from you. That's why we're sending you a survey, and it only takes a couple of minutes to answer. We look forward to receiving your feedback on how we did!

We're committed to continually improving our processes, and your feedback is key. Individually, each recruiter is looking forward to receiving your feedback (in a formal way).

We want to improve the this space, a knowledge base for future candidates navigating our recruitment process. This knowledge hub should provide candidates with a good understanding our company culture, expectations, and application steps. Your input will directly impact the experience of future candidates, helping us create a more informative and engaging journey for them.

 

How you can contribute

As soon as the recruitment process is over, you will receive an email invite to complete the survey.

  1. Look out for the survey link in your email and complete it.

  2. Share your honest thoughts and suggestions. We encourage you to be candid and detailed in your responses.

What we’re proud of

  • The cNPS is constantly improving for 3 quarters in a row: cNPS is 28 in Q4 (vs 24 in Q3, 21 in Q2 and 6 in Q1)

  • All questions have an average score that has improved vs the previous quarter.

What we can improve

  • One of the areas with the slowest growth trend quarter over quarter is the “Convexity understanding”.

    • It's now mandatory for the hiring coaches to explain Convexity in the Discovery meeting.

    • In the future, we will include examples of Convexity IRL in this candidate space.
