Let’s break down our sales teams' organization and scopes

Team	Scope
Business Development Representatives	Generating quality and quantity pipeline Through inbound and outbound initiatives For all our markets (Mid and Large) And regions : our BDRs are in France, UK, Germany, United States and Canada.
Account Executives	Driving revenue by managing and closing the pipeline generated by BDRs Either by opening new accounts or upselling existing ones For all our markets and regions
Key Account Managers	Developing their portfolio and generate growth By collaborating with Client Success Partners and internal experts who are overseeing client’s project monitoring and execution Unlike similar KAM roles on the market, this one is 80% sales oriented For all our markets and regions
Sales Engineers	Leading impactful 360L demonstration during sales cycles Bringing technical expertise to reassure the prospects
Alliances	Recruiting new partners Ramping them up on 360Learning. Working closely with Consultant agencies as well as Digital Agencies to make them generating SQL.
