Scope

• Source and hire top talents to grow the 360Learning team in EMEA and North America for a variety of roles

• Guarantee quality and efficiency in candidate experience

• Ensure a diverse pool of talents is considered and hired

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring coaches
  ⇾ Get to know our Talent Acquisition Managers

• Support and guide the coaches to enable compelling career and work experiences

• Manage the Employee lifecycle and implement career paths

• Take care of the employee/company-related compliance tasks, reports and documentation

• Monitor and update the HRIS

• Administrative On-boarding, Off-boarding, life-cycle

• Deliver Payroll

• Keep HR policies and processes updated

• Define and spread our common green roadmap at the company level

• Responsible for the day-to-day support for compensation & benefit initiatives globally

• Assert and expand our positioning as an employer of choice

• Benchmark our employee value proposition

• Continually evaluate the functionality and performance of our LMS

• Deliver high-quality training content through our platform to both internal and external audiences

• Curate learning opportunities for all employees to grow their professional skills and upskill

• Oversee day-to-day office operations

• Ensure safety policies are up-to-date

• Work on several projects (e.g. “green workplace”, “social responsibility” etc.)
